Throughout the pandemic we have implemented and updated social distancing procedures according to needs, ensuring that our customers can shop safely with us in a friendly environment.
During the working day we monitor customer numbers, and there may be a queue at times if we need to allow a "one-in, one-out" policy at the busiest times. We also ask that customers use the complimentary hand sanitiser at the front door before entering the shop.
We have protective screens up at the checkouts, and floor signage acts as a reminder for customers to be aware of social distancing. We also have signage to indicate that we have separate doors for entering and exiting.
Although we are still taking cash payments, we encourage the use of debit/credit cards or payment using apps such as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Please remember also that if you are aged 70 or over, or have underlying health conditions that require you to restrict shopping in public, we are happy to deliver to you. Update: As per the new regulations launched on 24th July 2020, we ask that customers wear a face covering when visiting the shop. Children under 11 or those with underlying health conditions who are unable to wear a mask are exempt.
