• Our Zero-Waste Refill Station features over 40 products that are available to buy using our easy-to-use electronic weighing scales and our gravity dispensers. The range includes nuts, seeds, grains, pasta, rice, dried fruit and coffee beans. Our staff are on-hand to talk you through the process, if you require help. You can either fill your own containers, or use brown paper bags.

  • Our milk refill dispenser serves fresh pasteursied, non-homogenised milk from Northney Farm (a local dairy farm on Hayling Island) directly into your 1-litre glass bottle. If you need a new glass bottle, we have them for sale.

  • Also available from a refill dispenser, Toats Mylk is a dairy-free fresh local oat drink.

  • We have removed all plastic bag reels from our fresh fruit and veg aisle, and replaced them with brown paper bags. These bags are quite strong, and are reusable again and again (until they become too worn out!).

  • Many of our customers bring their own reusable bags for their purchases, but if you don't have a bag of your own, we have cardboard boxes available at the till.

  • Our Field Fare frozen range of loose fruit mixes, vegetables, pastries etc can be packaged in Field Fare's own-branded bags which are made with "totally degradable plastic additives". However, if you wish to avoid using these bags too, you are welcome to bring your own freezer-proof bags or re-useable containers (tupperware tubs, takeaway tubs).

  • Our in-house artisan bread is sold without plastic packaging, and can either be wrapped in your own materials, or in the brown paper bags provided.

  • If you are buying eggs from us, we are keen to have the empty boxes returned to us after use, as we can re-use them.

  • We sell Greetings Cards with no plastic packaging.
